New Me: Days 6-9/28

I have been MIA in the past days because I am disappointed with myself. As usual I always took my pills on time and still regulate my food intake and drink lots of water. I have noticed that on the past days, I am not losing any weight. I am a bit disappointed of what was happening to me. Moving forward, I promised myself to eat only once starting tomorrow and replace the 2 remaining meals with water. I am so desperate to lose weight and I will do anything to achieve my goals. I am also planning to do some cardio exercises tomorrow. 


Starting weight: 70 kilos 

Target weight: 50 kilos

Current weight: 65.5
