I guess I am on a platue stage. I did my morning set. Peed and do number 2. Had an egg for breakfast and crabs with sitaw and calabasa for lunch. Had rice for early dinner and half bangus daing. Took my 6 pm set snd last set at 7:30 pm.

Target weight: 50 kilos
Current weight: 66.5 kilos
